What if my garage door spring breaks?
Do not attempt to tension or remove a spring yourself. Keep clear of the door, describe the issue when requesting service and call if a vehicle is trapped or access is compromised. Service availability is not guaranteed after hours.

AK Doors describes replacement nylon rollers and door cables, replacement of broken hinges, lubrication of hinges and springs, and adjustments to door tolerance and balance.
What is included in the Weather Tight Tune-Up?
The published scope includes brush weather stripping, a cold-tolerant bottom rubber seal and fit adjustments intended to help limit drafts, dust and moisture.
